Why do I not qualify for some surveys?

Each study looks for a particular group of people, for example parents of young children or owners of a certain car. A short pre-screener checks if you match.

Not qualifying is normal and does not affect your account. You still earn points for every pre-screener you complete, and keeping your profile up to date helps us send you studies you are more likely to qualify for.
