When will I be paid?

Many rewards, including instant pay for studies, are paid as soon as they are approved or within a few days.

Payment can take up to 90 days from the date of approval, for example while a research client completes its own checks or a payment provider processes the transfer.

You can follow each reward in your account, where it shows as pending, approved or paid. If a payment has not arrived 90 days after approval, raise a request under Payments and rewards and include the survey or study name and date.
